Public administration degree course provides a skill set to help create, manage and implement policies at local and governmental level. Student of this program must possess high administrative, leadership qualities and communication skills. Some courses include public policy, human resource management, social ethics, urban planning, political science and public health management. Graduates prefer to work for government bodies as civil administrator, human resource director or may choose to work for non-profit organization, think tanks for policy making, education and businesses.
