Labor law degree develops an understanding about the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government. Collective labor law relates to the tripartite relationship between employee, employer and union. Individual labor law concerns employees rights at work and through the contract for work. After completion of the degree the graduates may enter a range of occupations including: Human resources manager, Human resources specialist, Public relations specialist and Training and development manager.
